It is the ideal seasoning for all kinds of preserves, potatoes and olives. We have been manufacturing it since 1960 with the same recipe: a unique, exclusive and familiar formula.

Espinaler sauce was born as the perfect complement for canned seafood, potato chips and olives, today Espinaler consumers confess that they use it for many other things: in salads , in   cod  esqueixada , in  fried eggs , in  gazpacho , in  potato omelette , in  Roman style squid , in  anchovies  and even in  black vermouth ! And so, a long etcetera.

A unique sauce that many have tried to copy, without success, and that has become an icon throughout Catalonia.
